As Time Goes By

Several days ago I shared the following pictures with Rich. He suggested it be blogged. I've put off blogging because I didn't know what to say about it, or what the topic should be. Well, about five minutes ago, I saved the picture to a file to be blogged, still wondering what the topic could be. The minute I logged on to Blogspot, one of my very favorite shows came on the television - As Time Goes By - thus the title. I think God was helping me - don't you?

The top left picture is my cousin Penny standing as I'm trying to blow out the candles on my cake. The top right picture is Easter 1962. I am in the red dress amongst my cousins, Penny, Hope George and "baby" Amy.

Penny is now a retired school teacher and the cousin I've remained closest to, inspite of divorce, and life in general.

The final picture is of our first great niece. Maggie was born on January 24, 2007. Her dad was the ring bearer in our wedding almost 28 years ago.
